I have no idea who the actual plumbers are because I didn't come into presence with them. So they could be worse wonderful so I am not judging them by no means. But, their secretary (woman who answered the phone today, was absolutely rude! They unfortunately lost my business due to her actions. Very rude and condescending. Laughing at my answers to the questions she was asking. I ways try to hire local businesses here in Eaton instead of the big ones but I am going to go with Roto Rooter because their customer service was great! So I'm sorry if there plumbers are losing business due to this woman.
We couldn't be more pleased with the job done Crowell Plumbing Eaton, Ohio. We called them after three no shows from Mike Hudson's Septic Tank Cleaning. Crowell Plumbing came out same day. They finished our Septic Tank Cleaning in less than an hour. Their workers were very professional, courteous and honest. They charged exactly what they said they would charge.
