For Mothers Day I bought through a third party site and my mother sent me this photo once they got delivered. I was so happy and pleased with the outcome. Much more beautiful than the online photo model! Plus the flowers arrived within just a few hours! Very pleased.
I bought flowers for my mother recently through the online services and paid for the delivery service. Not only did I receive them a day later than what I paid for, but my brother had to pick them up for me. The lady put an extra two roses in to make up for the $10 delivery that didn't happen. Also, there were way less amount of flowers in ours than pictured online, and the vase we choose was "not in stock". It was the equivalent of going to marsh's and buying a $8 bouquet, except we paid $45. When I called the lady to tell her what I ordered was not as pictured, she was very calm but not very flexible and insisted I received what I paid for. She told me she can only do something if I came back in the store the same day, which I could not at the time. I thanked her for her time and told her I wasn't very happy with the experience and did not plan on coming back. She replied with, "That's fine mam because I can't please you anyways" and hung up the phone. As I said, we will not be going back.
They have been in town for a long time . We have never been disappointed.
I tried this shop because I like supporting local businesses. I will never use them again. I called to ask if I would receive a notification once my flowers were delivered. The woman's response was, "We don't do that. If the person calls to thank you you'll know they were delivered." I emailed the manager to tell her about my experience and she was not apologetic whatsoever. Terrible experience.
